The DSI Strength & Conditioning focuses on the development of each and every one of our athletes. The workouts are tailored to every individual depending on their goals and aspirations. The workouts are also age and sports specific allowing our athletes to maximize their athletic experience. It of utmost priority for us to provide workouts for our athletes that ensure their health and wellbeing. The DSI Strength & Conditioning workouts target a variety of aspects such as strength, balance, coordination, speed, explosiveness, and more.
HITTING INSTRUCTION

The DSI hitting instruction stands firm in its focus on development and fundamentals. The hitting instruction is led by Gilbert “Gil” Gonzalez Jr., who has years of knowledge and experience in the field. The hitting instruction allows our athletes to gain both the knowledge and skill to perform well on the diamond. The confidence our athletes gain from the drills and mentorship provided by Gil Jr., allows them to tap into their true potential and attack their future dreams.
